This is an Inclusive Space

Menopause is not a one-size-fits-all experience—it is complex, multifaceted, and lived by Black women, femmes, trans, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people across the spectrum. Our commitment to Black feminism, healing justice, gender justice, and reproductive justice means that all of your stories, bodies, and journeys are welcomed here, honored and affirmed simply because you exist. We hold space for the fullness of your experiences and aim to reflect the nuanced realities of menopause—beyond binaries, beyond the margins.

Here, you are seen, you are heard, and your journey is witnessed and valued.
